To Disinfect Hard Surfaces (Concentrated Application)

Apply full strength to the surface, wetting thoroughly with spray, sponge, and mop by immersion in Antimicrobial Concentrate.

Allow surfaces to remain wet for 10 minutes.

Usage As An Odour Eliminator and Prevention of Mold and Mildew (Concentrated Application)

The Antimicrobial Concentrate must come into direct contact with the offending odour and use it undiluted.

Usage As An Disinfectant for Children’s Items

BioAire™ Antimicrobial Concentrate is safe to use around children.  Use to disinfect children’s toys, playpens, playhouses, diaper changing tables, strollers, cribs, child car seats, play tables, etc

Eliminating bacteria, viruses, and fungus can involve strong chemicals that can trigger health problems, but our Antimicrobial Concentrate controls mould and bacteria by oxidising it instead of bleaching it. It is so mild, you can wash your hands in it but it is tough on bacteria, viruses, fungus thereby providing a safer living environment.

Odours from Home / Office Air Conditioning System

Fungal spores and bacteria thrive in moist surfaces and when released into the air, these micro-organisms trigger allergies, cause illnesses and produce odours. BioAire™ Antimicrobial Concentrate is highly effective in eliminating bacterial and fungal organisms found in air conditioners.  It is easy, simply follow these steps:

• Switch off electrical supply to air-con at main socket
• Remove air-con filter and wash away dust and dirt
• Spray Antimicrobial Concentrate directly on cooling fins until wet but avoid spraying at or near electrical circuitry
• Wipe off excess moisture flowing down the cooling fins
• Replace cleaned filter into air-con and switch on the air-con

It is recommended to perform the above at least once a month. During the quarterly servicing of your air-cons, you may hand the Antimicrobial Concentrate to the servicemen for thorough disinfection of all vents, cooling fins and pipes or air ducts of the air-con system.

Carpet / Curtain / Fabric Odours

Spray/wet and brush area with Antimicrobial Concentrate.  This includes underneath or behind.  Allow to dry and if the odour persists, repeat the above procedure.  For liquid spills etc, use Antimicrobial Concentrate together with carpet or upholstery shampoo.

Odours On Floors

Squeeze 3-4 squirts of Antimicrobial into a bucket containing water together with floor cleaning solution.  Mop or wipe as usual and you will be pleasantly surprised with the results.

Pet Odours

Spray Antimicrobial Concentrate directly onto pet bedding or holding cages. Brush into the surface and reapply if necessary.

Pat dry with a cloth or sponge and let air dry. To control urine and faecal odours, a daily treatment of 4-6 sprays directly onto the spot and brush Antimicrobial Concentrate into the surface.

Pat dry, re-apply, and air dry.

Kitchen Odours and As Kitchen Disinfectant

BioAire™ Antimicrobial Concentrate can remove most common kitchen odours, even the foul odours of garbage disposals and drains.  To treat sinks, fill basin 1/4 full with hot water.

Add 1 squirt of BioAire™ Aroma Essence (any scent) together with approximately 100ml of Antimicrobial Concentrate.  Stir and mix well, then release Antimicrobial into the drain. When basin is empty, run cold water down the drain for 30 seconds and then spray Antimicrobial Concentrate into the drain.

Odours From Car Air Conditioning Units

Stop the engine and spray 2-3 trigger sprays into each dashboard vent as well as all other vents your vehicle may have. Start the vehicle engine and turn the fan on high cool.

Spray 10-20 times into the outside fresh air intake vent. This is located under the cowl at the base of the windshield. Let the vehicle run for 2-3 minutes. Wipe off any excess moisture coming out of the dashboard vents. With windows closed, turn your air-con system to Max air or re-circulation. Spray 5-10 times into the air in general, close vehicle doors, and let it run for 4-6 minutes. This should leave your vehicle not only odourless but most importantly free from harmful bacteria.

Other Uses

Bathroom/toilet cleaner, while traveling, carry Antimicrobial Concentrate in a handy spray bottle as a disinfectant to sanitize and prevent contact diseases.

Also effective in removing odours in shoes and shoe cabinets by simply spraying and let air dry.  The Antimicrobial Concentrate eliminates germs (i.e. the source of odour) found in shoes.
