Terms and conditions
Thank you for visiting Bioaire Lifestyle. We are dedicated to make your shopping experience with us as simple and enjoyable as possible. Please read through the T&Cs prior to using the Site. By using the Site, you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the T&Cs listed below.

Entering and using the site
By entering and/or use of the Site, you pledge that:
- all information you provide on the Site is true and up to date;
- you are 18 years old and above to enter and/or use the Site; and
- you will not copy and or distribute any part of the Site in any medium without Bioaire Lifestyle’s prior written authorization.
You shall be solely responsible for entering and/or use of the Site and its material herein.
Orders & Payments
Complete and submit the order form on the Site to place an order with us. You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders. All orders will be deemed to be irrevocable and unconditional upon transmission through the Site, and we shall be entitled, but not obliged, to process such order(s) without your further consent and any further reference or notice to you.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders or requests received from or through the Site in our sole and absolute discretion. We acknowledge and accept your order once a confirmation email is sent to your email address provided by you to us, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. Each fully paid order accepted by us shall constitute a separate and individual contract governed by these T&Cs (an “Order”). Upon accepting your order, we will assign an order number to your Order. Please tell us the order number whenever you contact us regarding your Order.
We will inform you if we are unable to process your order. This might be because;
- the product is out of stock
- we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you stated
- we have identified an error in the price or description of the product
- of unexpected limits on our resources that we could not reasonably plan
- a credit check we have obtained for you does not meet our minimum requirements
The price of the Product listed for sale indicated on the Site is payable by you for the Product at the time your order is transmitted to us through the Site, and any applicable taxes. All prices are subject to taxes, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend the price of any Product at any time without giving any reason or prior notice. Please complete payment within two hours from the time your order was placed. All unpaid orders after this payment timeframe will be automatically cancelled. In the event that any Product has been mispriced on the Site, we reserve the right to terminate the Order and notify you of such termination, regardless of whether or not the products have been dispatched or are in transit and whether payment has been charged to you.
We accept transactions by MasterCard, Visa, Amex, PayPal or direct transfers through PayNow.
Product Description, Warranties and Defects
We try to be as accurate as reasonably possible in our descriptions of products for sale through the Site. However, our products may vary slightly from their pictures due to lighting conditions, variances in computer screen calibration. We always try to achieve that screen colours are true as much as possible. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
If you believe you have received a defective item, email us [email protected] with your order number, and a photograph of the defect.
Cosmetic damages such as cracks, chipped offs, scratches, dropping of paints, must be made known to us through email within 3 days upon receipt of items. It is to our sole and absolute discretion to accept or reject such requests. Defective items must reach us within 10 days upon accepting of your request. Items must be unused with its box and packaging still intact.
We provide 1-month warranty for defective items that are not working as reasonably as it is supposed to be. Items must not have any cosmetic damages and contact with water in the electrical parts.
All defective items are to reach us within 10 days upon acceptance of your request. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, a refund will be issued within 14 days from the day we received the returned Product.
You are responsible for all types of costs incurred to send the defective items back to us.
If you believe you have received the wrong item, email us [email protected] with your order number, and a photograph of the item. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that items must be unused, and with its box and packaging still intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, a refund will be issued instead.
The cost of delivery of your Order will be displayed to you on our Site. Our delivery lead time will be 3-5 working days.
If delivery of your Product is delayed, we will inform you accordingly and the Product will be dispatched after it becomes available. The time for delivery shall not be of the essence, and neither we nor our agents shall be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.
We’ll be in touch via email or through the contact details you have provided us with in the event of a failed delivery attempt. However please note that, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, we may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs or terminate your Order if you repeatedly fail to take delivery of the Product.
Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 6 months will be deemed as Bioaire Lifestyle’s property and no compensation will be offered as enough response time has been given.
We may terminate the Order at any time by writing to you if:
- You do not make payment to us when it is due;
- You do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information necessary for us to provide you with the Product (e.g. delivery address);
- You do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the Product to you;
- If we terminate the Order in the situations set out above, we will refund any money you have paid in advance for Products we have not provided, but we may deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of you breaking the contract.
We may alter any content or material on the Site at any time. Any of the content or material on the Site may be outdated at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update the Site. We shall not be liable if for any reason the Site, or any portion thereof, is unavailable at any time or for any period. We reserve the right to refuse any and all current or future access to and/or use of the Site without prior notice to you.
If we decide to change our T&Cs for the Site, we will post the revised T&Cs here and, if appropriate, notify you by email. Please check back frequently to see any updates or changes to our T&Cs. Your continued use of the Site indicates your assent to the T&Cs as posted.
Intellectual Property Rights
Any materials from the Site may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed in any form or by any means, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without Bioaire Lifestyle’s prior written authorization. You are solely responsible for obtaining such permission before dealing with any content or material that is available on the Site.
